In the organisation we have three permenant employees, one employee on community service (Zivildienstleistender), as well as several volunteers. Each member of the ADB team has technical ability as well as a great deal of sensitivity. This combination makes the successful handling of our discrimination cases possible.

Supported by a large number of active volunteers, we attend to the advice and support of those seeking our assistance, as well as correspondence, projects and press contacts.
